**Official Statement Regarding Recent Claim**

At Beerz, the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers are our top priorities. We recently received a claim alleging that one of our employees engaged in inappropriate behavior involving the handling of food.

Upon being informed of this serious allegation, we immediately conducted a thorough internal investigation, which included reviewing security footage, interviewing staff, and assessing our food handling procedures. Based on the evidence gathered, we can confidently state that there is no truth to the claim that an employee spit in any food.

We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and conduct for our entire team, and any violations of these standards are taken very seriously. We appreciate the trust you place in us and are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
