Greek Easter was yesterday, but you are not too late to have the full experience: We will be sharing a Greek Easter-style afternoon on Sunday, May 7th at Frenchtown Inn.
Chef Joe Peirano will be roasting a Spring Lamb in a wood-fired oven, a true Spring Lamb, raised locally on grass, and tender like you have probably never had before.
And all the Greek sides: spanakopita, tzadziki, lemon potatoes, skordalia, etc, etc. (you can come early and help in the preparation if you’d like).
Meredith’s baklava to finish.
And a selection of the best local wines, as well as an exceptional Greek wine I’m importing.
And Greek and Middle Eastern music by Giorgios and Moshe.
We will start at 1:00 and have a leisurely flow until late afternoon.
