There will be a raffle booth at the market this Saturday to help raise money for Neighbors Unite. They are a non profit charity that helps local families in crisis. Let’s see what we can do for our community!

The purchase of a raffle ticket enters you into a 50/50 or basket giveaway! Winners will be drawn and announced September 19th.

✨What to know about Neighbor’s Unite ✨

•Mission: Supporting residents and local food shelves within the Rivendell community area, which includes Orford, Fairlee, West Fairlee, and Vershire.

•Impact: Providing more than $115,000 in total donations to local families and food shelves since it started.

•Support: Giving direct emergency financial assistance to neighbors who are going through very difficult times.

•Fundraising: Organizing community events like the annual Neighbors Unite Open golf tournament at Lake Morey Resort.

🍁 Hey neighbors! Looking for a sweet Saturday morning plan with the kids? Bring them to the Orford Open Air Market this Saturday, Sept 5th at 10:30 AM for a cozy autumn Story Time! 🐿️✨We will be gathering to read two wonderful seasonal books: “The Leaf Thief” and “The Golden Acorn”. It is completely FREE, and we will even have a fun hands-on craft for the little ones right after the reading. It is the perfect excuse to grab a coffee, chat with familiar faces, and support our local vendors. Tag a neighbor below who would love to bring their little ones along!
