He has been in the business close to fifteen years. During this time he has worked as a Cook, Sous Chef and Executive Chef. He has worked in several fine restaurants in hotels and has also opened severa
l fine restaurants in the private industry. This is where his role was that of the Executive Chef. His passion has lead him to learn dishes from many parts of the world. He excels at everything he does. Chef Fernando initiated his career in the culinary arts in the city of Madrid, Spain. From there he has traveled through many countries and kitchens. His passion has guided him to learn the flavors and curiosity of diverse cultures. He has been in this atmosphere for over ten years and now he is learning the art of Pastry and Baking. He is going to a renowned culinary school and has been the recipient of the Honor Roll several times. He is in his final stage of his course. Three more classes and he will graduate.
