Child molester covered up by the Richter family. Molested us in Oroville CA. his nieces as well as his own children in Lodi CA. Court records available search San Joaquin criminal court clerks office. We know we were not his first or last child he ruined and money was used to silence anyone back then to come forward. Please come forward any additional victims that he was in your life or childrens life. My mother and her family has covered for him for over 50 years . Her name is Carol Ann Richter , Shaw or Miller. Just remember one thing what they claim they didn’t know about the law is they should have known and protected us all. The Dr that delivered us also covered up the injuries from this abuser. Please come forward let justice prevail. Possibly same scenario river levy, near Eastside School , tennis courts, track, public pool and for bay. He also stayed with my grandparents Bernard C Richter and Helen Mary Richter. We lived on Placer Ave and so did they.
