If you saw our market banner posted out along South 7th last week…no you couldn’t!🤦🏻‍♀️ The posts were a little too close, leaving our banner drooping and uneasy to read.

Things change quickly around here. So many thanks to Dawn Kozisek (Grumpy Granny Soaps) for bringing out the equipment to repost our banner this past week! It truly takes a village to make a community, and we have some of the best! ♥️

Wow, what a fantastic turnout today! This week, we welcome special guests Healthy Harvest of North Iowa to the market! Stop out and grab a bite of fresh summer salad and enjoy the delicious taste of summer!

Also, many thanks to Shop On State for sharing books with us, we appreciate the opportunity to restock the free library! Additionally, the Osage Chamber of Commerce dropped off chalk for kiddos to enjoy!

There are so many wonderful goods at the market, stop out to enjoy the afternoon in Osage, IA. We’re set up until 5:30 this evening!

This afternoon is the last week to catch Dave and his fresh plants at the market! He will be offering hostas and sedums today, stop out to grab a new plant while the weather is great for planting!

Holy moly, the weather really turned around for the Osage Farmers Market today! The breeze feels wonderful at the Mitchell County Fairgrounds. The variety of produce and goods are growing by the week; stop in and welcome our new vendors to the market today!

Today’s weather forecast is looking a little gloomy, so we’re moving today’s market to sheltered space for all to enjoy!

Today we will set up the market at the Mitchell County Fairgrounds, utilizing their new Sheep and Poultry shelter. We will be located at 1006 Chestnut Street at the very south of the grounds. Check out the map below for a visual aid!

A friendly reminder to our loyal supporters- please keep recreational carts off the park greenery and all sidewalks. We appreciate your support and cooperation.

Our next market is held this Thursday, beginning at 3:30pm.

NOTICE:
This serves as a reminder that Golf Carts or UTV's are NOT allowed on park property. The only exceptions are for those with valid handicap parking permits, and these vehicles may only park at designated areas at each diamond. These permits do NOT allow you to utilize the paved trails to access the concession stand or restrooms. This is a safety issue, as there are many people sharing the same space.

Furthermore, the use of ATVs, UTV’s and Golf Carts shall NOT be operated in any parks, ball fields, playgrounds, The Maple Trail, Harry Cook Trail, Green Belt Trail or upon any other city-owned properties.

These rules have been implemented for the safety of our pedestrians and mostly for our children. With summer activities underway, these rules will be effective immediately!
