Well, to say it it has been awhile since we’ve shared updates is a huge understatement! After our successful sale season (coming up now on ten years ago!), we moved our operations off of leased land and focused on a cattle breed that has been developed in the southeast since the Spanish colonial period. In a ramp up to a relaunch of delivery services, we will be sharing photos of pasture goings on over the last nine years!
