Chef Ron, has another delicious meal from our Import Market!
Roasted red pepper risotto with garlic shrimp and a fresh tomato caprese salad.
Make the risotto according to the package’s recipe using LaFetta’s olive oil and at the last 10 minutes, add the diced roasted red peppers. Sautéed the shrimp in butter and garlic for only a couple minutes on each side. Add to the risotto and enjoy a nice glass of red w**e with the dinner. Simple yet elegant!!
