We have a USDA inspector on the premises every day that gives you the relief knowing that your product is inspected and passed for consumption. That means your product will leave here with the mark of inspection and gives you the freedom to sell products piece by piece if that’s what your business is looking for. The purchase includes ribeye and New York steaks at no additional fee. These beef are finished to a high standard and are ready for you to specify your cutting preferences.
