“Usually, if we can find a flavor profile that a skeptic likes, we can change their mind about sauerkraut. At market, a highlight for us is when a new customer is on the fence & our seasoned customers chime in- you’d think we pay them, they way they share enthusiasm & encouragement. We love hearing “you can’t go wrong, it’s all good!” Even better is when that new customer comes back a week or so later excited to try something else. It’s thrilling to see people challenge their preconceived ideas & discover they like things they thought they didn’t- a little practice we could use more of in this world. Kudos to the curious.”
