Time flies when you’re having fun
5 years of slinging meat!
Below this is what the internet says is true…
For the most part it’s accurate and running a small business requires a lot of extra time, effort, 24/7 accountability, patience, passion, and progress.
We have an amazing core staff in New Richland doing all of the processing, And Great tiny but mighty teams in Owatonna and Mankato.
It’s definitely not perfect everywhere but in the works, the little mom and pop shops of your neighborhood!
Thanks to all of our 3 kids for being the most supportive kids ever! A lot of weekends you will find them out selling meat or at events with us.
Thanks to our coworkers, the amazing people we work with at all 3 spots!
Huge thanks to our customers for showing up, coming back, and continuing to support us!

Typical Stages of the First 5 Years
Year 1: Survival & Proof of Concept. High excitement, high costs, and a steep learning curve. Focus on validating your product/service, finding your first customers, and managing cash flow.
Years 2 & 3: Making it Work. Focus on creating operational systems, refining your marketing strategy, and building a loyal, recurring customer base.
Year 4: The Epiphany Year. "Light bulb" moments happen; you understand what works and make necessary adjustments for profitability and efficiency.
Year 5: Stability & Growth. Considered the "made it" year. The business is established and you are focused on long-term growth and optimizing operations
🥩🍻cheers to many more🍻🥩
