🏫Market manager Mary Beth here. School is back in session. Sports and other activities are back. Everyone is busy!

🍳Sundays are for taking all the fresh, local meat and produce I purchased at the ORFM yesterday and preparing easy, ready to reheat meals to make our weeks just a little simpler. Here’s one of mine for this week: frittata with roasted baby eggplant, spinach, and leftover bacon from this morning’s breakfast.

This week is the final Taste of the Market event for the 2026 season!
