Maple season is getting closer! We are waiting for ideal temperatures - 40 degree days and freezing at night. We found this graphic which gives a good overview of the process to make Maple Syrup.

This is the last weekend for the Ashley Country Christmas and the 1225 steam engine for 2025. But there is still time to enjoy both. Our shed will be open Friday 5pm-til the last customer is served. Saturday 10am-2pm, 3pm-9pm. Sunday 10am-2pm, 3pm-9pm. The 1225 arrives at 11am and 6pm.
