Last week, Wesenberg Produce sold out of strawberries at 10 AM!! They had to have a second truck come down from the farm in Ithaca with another delivery! So tomorrow, Joel is not messing around.

Tomorrow morning, he’s bringing a big load of fresh-picked strawberries, he says likely the last large picking of the season. If you want flats for jam, baking, freezing, or just eating fresh, this is the Saturday to come early.

On top of that, we're going to have a full market that is slowly stretching closer and closer to Washington Street!

And while you’re here, enjoy Open Streets Owosso, including family activities, local vendors, and a petting zoo!

This Saturday, June 20, we’re excited to welcome Open Streets Owosso back to the market from 10 AM to 1 PM!

Open Streets Owosso is a free community event focused on movement, wellness, biking, walking, family activities, community resources, and bringing people together downtown. There will be helmet giveaways, bicycle raffles (50+ bikes!!), kids activities, rules of the road lessons, community resources, and more.

And we’re extra excited to share that we’ve secured a PETTING ZOO to join the fun! We can't wait to see Blue Freckled Farm's baby goats, cows, mini-horses, and bunnies downtown!!

Bring the family, visit the market, grab your fresh produce and local goods, enjoy the Open Streets activities, and make a whole morning of it downtown.

🌙 Moonlight Market vendor applications are officially OPEN!

We’re excited to bring back the 2026 Moonlight Market Series for five Thursday nights of local shopping, food trucks, family fun, and summer evenings along the Riverwalk at Curwood Castle Park!

This special series takes place alongside the Cook Family Foundation and City of Owosso’s summer concert series at the nearby amphitheater, creating one of the most lively and walkable nights of the summer in Downtown Owosso!

We’re looking for a curated mix of makers, artists, farmers, specialty food vendors, food trucks, and unique small businesses to help make this year’s series our best yet.

Past Moonlight Markets have brought out thousands of shoppers, families, concertgoers, and visitors enjoying the Riverwalk, Curwood Castle, food, music, local vendors, kids activities, and the kind of summer night that makes downtown feel alive.

Vendor space is limited, and prior participation does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

It’s 10:30, 76 degrees, blue skies, and just enough breeze to feel perfect downtown. We’ve got fresh produce, eggs, baked goods, handmade items, plants, treats, and plenty of friendly faces ready to see you.

Come start your Curwood Saturday with us! Grab something local, walk the market, and then check out the 3-on-3 basketball competition happening right nearby on North Water Street.

We’re excited to share that The Argus-Press is once again partnering with the Owosso Farmers Market to provide free copies of the Saturday morning paper at the market!

Starting this Saturday, shoppers can stop by the Market Info Tent to pick up a free copy while supplies last.

These are first come, first served, so please ask at the Info Tent when you arrive.

Start your Curwood Festival, Saturday at the Owosso Farmers Market! We’ll be open from 9 AM–1 PM in Downtown Owosso with local food, baked goods, flowers, plants, handmade goods, and more from our market vendors.

The Curwood Festival has a kids magician starting at noon on the Armory Stage, right in front of The Armory and the market!

A few parking notes for this weekend:
- The normal Armory parking lot is closed for Curwood Festival rides.
- The Fountain Park lot is closed for Curwood vendors.
- Water Street north of the market is closed for the Curwood 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament.

The easiest parking will likely be on North Ball Street, on Washington Street, or at the old Middle School/Amphitheatre parking lot on North Water Street.

Downtown will be busy in the best way, so come early, grab your market favorites, and make a full Curwood Saturday of it!

We’re watching the forecast, but the market is rain or shine. We’ll post any updates here if conditions change.
