Here’s an easy recipe for those slow summer nights! Pop a wheel of Sadie Lady, our double cream Camembert, into a 375• oven for 10-15 mins just until the outside has softened. Top with your favorite mushrooms (like seasonal Chanterelles) sautéed in olive oil and thyme along with some grilled bread 🥖🧀🍄🟫 I love using sourdough from .farm. So easy and delicious!
