Here’s an easy recipe for those slow summer nights! Pop a wheel of Sadie Lady, our double cream Camembert, into a 375• oven for 10-15 mins just until the outside has softened. Top with your favorite mushrooms (like seasonal Chanterelles) sautéed in olive oil and thyme along with some grilled bread 🥖🧀🍄‍🟫 I love using sourdough from .farm. So easy and delicious!

My son asked me the other day where his cheese was in our case. He was referring to this beautiful Manchego-style cheese I named “Smithy”. It was one of our original cheeses that never made it to our new location, but I think it may make a resurgence this summer! What kind of cheeses would you to see us make or carry in our case?
