Little Wing Gardens

Little Wing Gardens What's a CSA? We are a family-run organic, subscription-based CSA serving customers in Brooklyn and Warren County, NJ.

We offer both organic vegetables anpastured chicken eggs That means that whatever we grow and harvest each week gets divided equally among the people who have bought in to our farm for the season. Now in our second year, we look forward to continuing our venture with a possible season extension this fall. In order to plan for next year's season, please contact us early (prior to March) to let us

know of your interest. We grow only for our group to maximize our land usage. That way we can do our best to have a plentiful amount of produce for everyone!

Grow these in your garden or plant them in a pot to keep the bugs away.

Our seeds are here but the ground is still frozen atop our beautiful knoll! As the saying goes, a few weeks in March is worth a couple days in May! Spring will burst forth yet :) πŸŒžπŸŒ±πŸ£πŸ’š

Tell us, what are you most looking forward to eating fresh this summer?

Well, it's usually peas on St Patrick's Day πŸ€ but we're still under snow! It's almost planting time though...I can hear the rebirth a little louder each morning πŸ’š

At Little Wing Gardens, you can have both!

Let’s say you’re at your neighborhood farmer’s market, and you can choose from apples grown locally with pesticides, or organic apples that have been flown in from across the continent. Which should you buy?

Saw this floating around the internet via Food Inc and thought it was interesting!
Will you be planting anything special this Spring??

Our eggs come from our happy pastured chickens. All have names, all have beaks, all have free roam of our property, eating up bugs, plants, and kitchen scraps and live to a ripe, old age. Our hens are divas and we wouldn't have it any other way!

Which type of eggs do you buy?

Thanks Food Renegade
