Miami Farm Market

Miami Farm Market The wait is finally over! Local, organic, wonderful vegetables from Miami's own farm will be coming to campus once every week this fall!

Food grown at the Miami University Institute for Food's farm has not quite yet reached its full potential so far after one year of production, with much of the food never reaching the students on campus. In order to give the food its destined purpose, allow it not to be wasted, and more importantly, provide Miami’s students with an opportunity of experiential learning, we have created this Market.

A student-run, student-led Farm Market on Miami University’s campus. This market will bring together two very important concepts to us: giving students the food options that they do not get with on-campus dining alone, and giving students the opportunity to work on creating a small business to gain real world experience before they ever earn their degree.
