Vegan funfetti edible cookie dough 🍪
This cookie dough is everything you love about sneaking a spoonful straight from the bowl. Made completely vegan and safe to enjoy by the scoop.

Recipe below 👇

Ingredients:
1/2 cup non-dairy butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
1/2 teaspoon Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste
1 teaspoon Amoretti® Birthday Cake Artisan
1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (heat treated)
1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
1/3 cup non-dairy white chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
-Add non-dairy butter, sugar and salt to a large mixing bowl and combine until fluffy.
-Add non-dairy milk, Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste, Amoretti® Birthday Cake Artisan and combine.
-Slowly add in heat-treated flour and mix together.
-Add sprinkles and non-dairy white chocolate chips and gently fold into dough.
-Freeze for 15 minutes.
-Remove from freezer, serve it up, and enjoy!

Martini:
-3g matcha powder
-1/4 cup warm water
-1 pump Amoretti® Premium Birthday Cake Syrup
-1 1/2 oz vodka
-1/2 oz Creme De Cacao White
-1/2 oz half and half
-Ice

Cold Foam:
-1 pump Amoretti® Premium Birthday Cake Syrup
-3 tbsp heavy cream
-2 tbsp whole milk
-Non-pareil sprinkles

This churro cheesecake is one of those desserts that looks impressive but comes together so quickly and easily. The layers bake up buttery and crisp with that classic cinnamon-sugar crunch, while the cheesecake filling stays rich, smooth, and incredibly creamy. We added Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste to the filling for a rich vanilla flavor that pairs perfectly with the cinnamon sugar layers.

Ingredients
- 3 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tablespoon Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- Cinnamon

Cinnamon Sugar Mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

Garnish
- Strawberries

Directions
1.Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2.In a blender, add the cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, and Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix until fully combined and silky smooth.
3.In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon to make the cinnamon sugar mix.
4.Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing the seams if needed.
5.Pour the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough.
6.Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and gently place it over the cheesecake layer.
7.Sprinkle the top generously with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
8.Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
9.Let the churro cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing, or overnight.
10.Garnish with fresh strawberries, slice, and enjoy

Classic birthday cake flavor meets soft buttery cookies made even better with Amoretti® Natural Birthday Cake Artisan Flavor, which gives these cookies their signature birthday cake taste 🍪🎂

Ingredients

- 180 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
-115 g unsalted butter, melted
-125 granulated sugar
-1 large egg, room temperature
-1 tsp Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan
-1 tsp Amoretti ® Natural Birthday Cake Artisan
-100 g white chocolate , roughly chopped, plus extra topping
-50 g rainbow sprinkles

Directions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2.In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3.In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla artisan, and birthday cake artisan and mix well.
4.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
5.Fold in the white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles.
6.Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie. Top with extra white chocolate if desired.
7.Bake until the edges are lightly golden, and the centers are still soft.
8.Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
