Husband went to Amish Auction and came home with boxes of food. So far I have a 6 gallons of whole dill pickles, 13 Quarts regular Green beans and 10 Green beans with Shell Beans, and a batch of 14 day Sweet Pickles where started last night. They beans are down to pressure canning and I have a mountain of cucumbers to slice for hamburger pickles. I see jar washing in my future. I wish you didn't have to wait on the cucumbers to pickle. They always taste so good. We ate our last home made pickle in April so I bought a jar from the store. They are still taking up space in the fridge! Can I get a YUMMY?!
