•We don’t use any unnecessary antibiotics EVER and NO growth hormones, EVER!

•All of our beef is hand cut by a trained butcher, individually wrapped, and vacuum sealed right away to lock in all that delicious flavor that makes you want to keep coming back for more.

•For the best quality and taste possible, eat your beef within 2 days of thawing.
