After much prayer, thought, and reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision not to reopen The Biscuit Tin in Ozark.

This was not an easy choice. For the past four and a half years, this little business has been sustained by some of the most loyal, kind-hearted customers anyone could ever ask for. To my regulars—those of you who showed up week after week, brought friends, shared meals, sent encouragement, and believed in what I was building—you truly kept The Biscuit Tin alive. I am endlessly grateful to you.

What started as a small idea became something far bigger than food. It became community, comfort, conversations, and connection—and I will carry that with me always. Thank you for trusting me with your tables, your celebrations, and your everyday meals.

While this chapter is closing, my heart for what I do has not changed. I believe there is still more ahead—just not quite ready to be shared yet.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for loving and supporting The Biscuit Tin. I could not have done these past 4½ years without you.
