Well here you are – sugar free, intensely dark raw chocolate. We use Xylitol derived from Birch Trees which is beneficial to teeth and won’t give you sugar spikes. Eden's Chocolates were started by my daughters Eden, age 12 and Makenna, age 15. My husband and I have lost 60 lbs between us following a book called "Trim Healthy Mama". The girls tweaked a recipe in the book called "Skinny Chocolate" and thus created "Eden's Chocolates" a healthy Chocolate bar, made with organic coconut oil, xylitol, unsweetened cocoa, vanilla, tabasco and salt. We are loosing weight by eating chocolate!! .
