Try this delicious recipe...just made it tonight:

Bleu Hot Mexican Pizza:
- 1 bag of nacho chips crushed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 to 1 cup salsa
- 3/4 to 1 cup Bleu Hot
- 3 cups shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs cooked chicken breast cut up

Mix soups, salsa, Bleu Hot, chicken, 3/4 of chips and 2 cups cheese. Put in baking pan. Top with 1 cup of cheese and remaining crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cheese Ball. Merry Christmas!

Bleu Hot Cheese Ball:
Mix 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of Bleu Hot. Chill for a couple hours or until firm. Form in shape of a ball and sprinkle/roll in mexican cheese. Wrap in wax or parchment paper to keep shape. Chill for a couple more hours. Unwrap and serve with your favorite crackers.
