🍑 What are we doing in the orchard today? 🍑

While everyone is waiting for peach season, we’re busy making sure the trees stay healthy and the fruit keeps growing.

Today we’re mowing and trimming between the rows to help improve water flow to the trees and reduce areas where insects and pests like to hide. Keeping the orchard floor clean and maintained is one of the many jobs that helps us grow high-quality peaches.

It’s not always the exciting part of farming, but it’s one of the most important!

Every peach starts with months of work long before harvest season arrives.

Next time you bite into a juicy Palisade peach, remember there are countless hours of work behind every single one. ❤️🍑

Most people see the peaches, donuts, fried pies, and produce.

What they don’t see is the early mornings, late nights, muddy boots, endless dishes, equipment repairs, paperwork, and family members all pitching in to make it happen.

This little farm market is more than a business to us—it’s our family’s way of life.

Every pie that’s fried, every donut that’s glazed, every peach that’s picked, and every customer who walks through our doors helps support a dream we’ve been building for years.

We are incredibly thankful for all of you who choose to shop local and support our family farm.

🍑 Peach Update from the Orchard! 🍑

We know everyone is asking the same question…

“When will the peaches be ready?!” 😆

The good news is our peaches are looking healthy and growing every day! Thanks to the recent moisture and plenty of sunshine, the trees are loaded with little peaches that are getting bigger by the week.

Right now, we’re still a few weeks away from harvest, but if Mother Nature cooperates, we’re hoping to start seeing those first juicy Palisade peaches toward the end of July. 🌳☀️

Until then, our farmers are busy thinning trees, watering, and doing everything possible to make sure this year’s crop is the best it can be.

Opening weekend is finally here at Kokopelli Farm Market! 🍑🌿

We are stocking the shelves with fresh local goodness all weekend long! We’ve got farm fresh eggs, locally grown radishes, fresh mushrooms, and so much more coming in daily.

The bakery will be busy with fresh fried pies, cake donuts, baked goodies, and all your favorite treats ready first thing in the morning! ☕🍩
