Word Wednesday - FELLOWSHIP
Companionship or partnership of any kind.
Perhaps it is a friendship, business partnership or even your own marriage.
To have something in common with someone. In the New Testament is often used to replace “church”
Fellowship is not about just joining together over a cup of coffee after church service but rather the sharing of our faith in Christ, with others . Faith cannot be hidden. We must share it with others. Coming together in fellowship to praise in our salvation together and never alone. After all what an amazing thing to rejoice over. When we come together, in fellowship, we are stronger and louder than ever. So share your love of Jesus with others today! Pleasing of Heavenly Father.

Philippians 2:10-11 tells us “that’s at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in Heaven and on earth and under the earth. And every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

A mother’s love is one of God’s sweetest gifts. It shows up in quiet prayers, steady hands, kind words, and daily sacrifice. Even on the hard days, the Lord sees every seed of love she plants.
Nothing done in faith is ever wasted. If you are caring, giving, and pouring into others today, take heart. God honors a heart that serves with love, and He gives strength for every moment.

Prayer: Lord, bless every mother with fresh strength, deep peace, and the joy of knowing her love reflects You. Amen!

When I run out of something I’ve been making my own to restock it.

This morning we made more laundry powder and then dishwasher powder.

Anyone else’s Bible look like this? Using whatever you can reach or find on the side table to mark a page or verse.
Piece of yarn, gum wrapper, ripped corners of paper. My favorite the tiny little drawings my daughter leaves on sticky notes. Perfect to mark a page.
Taking pride or delight in the decrees (commands) of our Heavenly Father starts with a little piece of paper tucked quickly into your Bible. “I’ll come back to that later”
Do not forget to come back and finish what you started. Often times forgetting why I even marked that place. Lately I’ve began to pray about each of those little bookmarks. Asking for opportunities to get back and read them, follow through and study them. Our Father hears our prayers and He will open your Bible up to that long forgotten marked place. But we must trust in Him on timing, for there is a time for every season. And only He knows why you marked that spot and when you will return back to it. But I assure you He will provide a reasoning and touch your heart with his words when the timing is right.

Good Friday morning!
I hope your still there, I know it's been a while since I have been on. I am taking a social media break and enjoying the warmer weather with my babies! But I'm still here!
As you can see we have a name change. What was formally Simply Picked is now Holy Cow Homestead. As one door closes another opens. God has always been by our family's side through all our seasons and changes in life. And yall know there has been plenty in last couple of years. Changing the name of Simply Picked to Holy Cow is very bittersweet for me as Simply Picked was the name of the store i created from bare bones and built. But as God continues lead our lives down a different path, I will listen. It's taken me almost two years to tie up loose ends and transition from the closing of my store. The name change was the final piece.
I encourage you to still follow us. I enjoy sharing tips, tricks, recipes and inspiration with you.
We will now be known has Holy Cow Homestead...Where God leads us and farm life is what we enjoy.

Waking early to read and pray in silence before the rest of the house wakes, is a feeling like no other. The weight lifted from my shoulders, the reassurance God gives me as I read his words. The first sips of coffee. Those sunrises. Oh how I love my coffee and sunrises. It’s amazing the light God can shed at 5:30 in the morning. Little lessons that can help set your mindset for the day ahead. I know God has a plan for me, a purpose. And I will continue to wake each morning and devote myself to Him and his word. I am yours Lord, show me the way. I trust in you.
