Perfectly seared sea scallops wrapped in crispy, smoky bacon and finished with our house-made horseradish honey sauce — sweet, tangy, and just the right kick of heat.

Tender on the inside, crispy on the outside —

Sides include a house made candied carrots, roll with butter and a slice of apple pie.

Many people who experience discomfort with wheat are surprised to learn that the issue may not always be wheat itself—but often how modern flour is processed. Commercial flour is typically refined, stripped of parts of the grain, and designed for long shelf life. It is then fortified with assorted vitamins. This can mean fewer natural nutrients and a product far removed from the whole grain as it was created.

Fresh-milled flour is different. When wheat berries are milled fresh, the entire grain is used—the bran, germ, and endosperm—preserving the natural fiber, oils, and nutrients. Many people find that bread and baked goods made with fresh-milled flour feel more satisfying, are easier to enjoy, and don’t cause digestive or other types of issues.

At Sandi's Breads, we believe in going back to the basics with wholesome ingredients and fresh-milled grains whenever possible. Sometimes the old ways really are the better way.
