We are committed to supporting producers who create authentic, wholesome, flavorful cheeses with the utmost regard for the preservation of traditional practices, together with the welfare of the land and animals on which these i

ndividuals and communities depend. Our cheesemongers are here to assist you in any way, so please don’t hesitate to ask for a sample or a particular size piece cut to-order. If you’re entertaining and need a custom cheese tray, let us know. We have red slate platters available with a return deposit or simply disposable trays on which we can build an ensemble to suit your needs. If you like, feel free to have us build your order on a tray or plate of your own. Pulling the fondue pot out of hiding for the holidays? We’d be happy to help you put together a selection and grate it for you. We enjoy cheese very much and want you to do the same,
