Overnight on March 26, some 5.5 million birds flew over the State of Florida, according to data from BirdCast. So far this spring, that’s the most birds in a single night. In the Atlantic Flyway, the Floridian peninsula serves as a “refueling station” for migratory birds that cross an entire ocean to reach their breeding grounds. It’s critically important to protect the ecosystems these birds depend on as they make their journeys.

We didn't forget about you guys, but wanted to let you know that we have been on a bit of a hiatus! We are still focused on promoting sustainability and healthy living for our communities and still absolutely in love with microgreens and looking into ways we can continue to follow this vision 💚
