TGIF Thank God it’s Flank steak
Here’s a good compound butter to melt on your grilled flank steak
1 stick of room temp butter
1/2 head of garlic chopped
Salt and pepper
Lemon zest of one or two lemons
paprika
Fresh chopped parsley
Combine and melt after your flank is done cooking, enjoy on a buttered roll or over mashed potatoes yum yum! Get out and grill this weekend folks!

This is our wrap station. It might not look very big and that’s because it’s not, but we can do a lot back here. We hand wrap all of your cuts, that’s steaks and roasts, in a plastic and then a poly coasted butcher paper. There’s a few reasons for that : 1. Unlike vacuum sealing there’s no heating of plastic which can sometimes affect the taste and 2. The double wrap means your meat can last in the freezer up to two years. All that’s to say we’ve gotten pretty fast on the paper wrap back here, because we want you to enjoy your meat as you want to. Have a happy Friday folks!
