Went and delivered our groceries for this month on Tuesday! It’s always a joy to see the grands!! Spread a little Christmas Cheer….I promise you receive the biggest blessing!!!

Happy Veterans Day!! Today we honor all the brave men and women who have served our country. Show appreciation to a Veteran you know! You can write a card, or even just say thank you. These brave people have done an Amazing Job serving our country. 🇺🇸

This Saturday I did my Grocieries for Grands! I gave the elderly a hearty meal at each visit! I love talking to these amazing people, and seeing the smiles on their faces when I hand them the bag!

Had fun delivering today to our “grands”. When we got to ones house today she showed us some pictures. We were excited to see that she took pictures each month of what we brought her where she could remember! It meant so much to us that she did that!!! We so enjoy our time with spend with each of them each month!

Tomorrow is our Groceries for Grands day for June!!! If you would like to donate you can cash app us at $GrocforGrands!!!! If you have any elder that needs groceries and can not get out/doesn’t need to due to sickness please let us know. We will be on the road tomorrow!!!!

My platform for Miss Pre-Teen Arkansas International is “Groceries for Grands”....groceries can mean anything from fruit to socks in my book! Whatever I can give to the elderly to make their life better! It started with keeping them inside during the pandemic and delivering groceries to their porch (no contact needed). I have developed great relationships doing that each month and I plan to continue that just because it helps out and I love seeing my grands!!! Yes they are my friends and mentors!!! I so enjoy our visits. Now, I plan on visiting Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities to further my mission in helping the elderly! The most valuable item we can give is our time!!! I pray that I can be an example to other pre-teens/teens and get them involved as well!

Helps to fill a void for youth that do not have a grandparent in their life.
Helps to aide in cognitive stimulation for the seniors.
