Here’s the skinny (or fat?): both our beef and pork is raised in Henry County, by farmers we know and trust. Then, the animals were hauled straight to our friends (and former Murray Downtown Farmers Market vendor friends) Palmer Farms Meats for processing.

What’s available: ground beef, roasts, steaks, sausage, pork chops, and much more! Be sure to check out BOTH freezers at Lake Highway!
