ATTENTION UTAH VENDORS!

The Park City Farmers Market is Opening a WINTER MARKET at Factory Outlets!!

This is an AMAZING Opportunity to Showcase Your Products. The Market Will Run every Thursday through Sunday for 12 Weeks, 48 DAYS TOTAL!

Unlike Most Markets that Require a Tedious Setup and Breakdown each week, Our Vendors Can Leave their Main Setup in Place. This will make your efforts much easier.

We are looking for Local Farmers, Local Food products & Food Vendors, as well as Local Artisan items. We Will Have Space in the Parking Lot for Food Trucks and Food Vendors.

We Will be Located at the top of the busy Park City Outlets next to Abercrombie & Fitch (Between the Nike Outlets and Old Navy Outlets).

We Are Accepting Applications on Our Website, PARKCITYFARMERSMARKET.COM. Please do not wait, as spaces will fill up fast and we anticipate a Grand Opening on February 19! ❄️💚🙏🏼🫡

Talk About It Tuesday: Doughn’t you want to know what makes Auntie Em’s pies so special?

Our hand-made, hand-rolled, hand-crimped pie crusts of course 😏

Did you know that on its journey to becoming a pie, our pie dough makes 3️⃣ trips to the refrigerator? It is imperative that we start with cold butter, so our journey begins there. After the butter is cut, it returns to the fridge 1️⃣. Once the dough is assembled…it returns to the fridge to chill overnight 2️⃣ 😴 And finally, after being shaped into the crusts we know and love it spends one final stint in the refrigerator before hitting the oven 3️⃣!

Did you know that our small-batch bakery operation uses around 50 pounds of butter each week for our pie dough?

Our in-house recipe came about after a mishap where Em accidentally doubled the butter into a pie she was bringing to a bbq but realized in that mistake she might be onto something…😉

Catch our pies (and more‼️) tomorrow at the from 11-6, and Tues-Sat at ❤️
