Pumpkin Hummus: 4 cups garbanzo beans, 1/2 cup tahini, 1/3 cup warm water, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice, 2 heaping tbsp chopped garlic, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree - throw everything into a food processor for 1-2 minutes.
Ideal for watching Thanksgiving football. Enjoy!
