🍖🔥 Parker people… these Fitch Ranch Artisan Meats cuts that just landed at the LOCAL are straight-up RIDICULOUSLY good looking.

We’re talking gorgeous, thick, perfectly marbled New York Strips and Ribeyes that had the entire team drooling the second we unpacked them.
So of course we did what any responsible meat nerd would do… we snatched a couple and ran them straight to the LOCAL test kitchen for an emergency cook-off.

Spoiler alert: the sear was criminal, the flavor was unreal, and there may have been zero leftovers. 😅
Swing by the LOCAL this week—these Fitch Ranch beauties won’t last long. First-come, first-served, and trust me, you don’t want to miss out on steak this good.

Yesterday was our lucky day! Every Wednesday we head out to colorado_cow_llc to pick up milk and then to croftfamilyfarm to pick up eggs. When we were picking up our eggs they had just recieved 2400 baby chicks! They all needed to be counted, sorted and put into their new home. We were lucky enough to be able to help in this process and see the chicks that will be laying next years eggs get their start! My hats off to the Croft family, they do an amazing job of caring for these animals and bringing us the best eggs possible!
