Everything starts at our cattle ranch in Woody, CA, right in the lower Sierras, and ends up here on your plate in Paso Robles. 90% of our meat is raised on our own land. For the rest, we keep it close with local partners like Harris Ranch and Mary’s Free Range Organic Chicken. California raised, start to finish.
