Exhibiting full-bodied flavor with peppery notes, these oils are very high in polyphenols resulting in healthy oxidants and longer shelf life. The vision of owners, Jim & Norma Davis, was to provide one of the best olive oils in the region with the collective help of family (3 generations) and good friends. From the beginning of the vision, there were 3 other primary individuals who were there reg

ularly to plan, terrace, plant, shovel dirt, lay irrigation line, weed, harvest, bottling and generally work very hard. Jim along with Norma bought the property in 2005, designed and built their home and then set off to start the olive orchard.
