I’m looking for a few specialty vendors who are available on September 12 for an all day event at Licking Heights High School.
It is our Pageant of Bands competition for marching bands, and we’re hosting 17 bands from around the area in our new stadium. The event is outdoors, runs from around 2:00-10:00PM and is our largest attended event of the year. Vendors get a 10x10 space, and cost is $100.
It is not a market, but during free time between performances the students and spectators have time to walk around, and we added a few vendors last year that provided positive feedback on their experience/sales. I’m looking for a few very specific vendors who sell the following products: Jewelry, 3D printed items, flowers (there is an awards portion of the competition, and families sometimes like to give their student a celebratory gift), anything related to marching band or music. I believe I have a crochet vendor lined up, but if that falls through I will be looking for someone who does crochet plushies and items high school kids might like.
Please note, we run a bake sale, so we unfortunately cannot accept vendors who sell baked goods, we also run a spiritwear tent, so we are not looking for vendors who sell clothing. While I’m open to considering other products not listed above, I do want to make sure they’re items that appeal to the audience - so if you want to chat about your product and opportunity, please message me.
