Thursday January 1 CLOSED
Friday January 2, 9-5
Saturday January 3, 9-5
We will be open until middle of January, then closed until next season. Exact day will depend on how many elk we get in this week and next.

We got a letter in the mail stating we are in the top 3 butcher shops in the area. Let’s see if we can boost that rating higher.
