I will be fundraising myself to raise money for new signage for our Pawnee Farmers Market.. the goal of Pawnee Farmers Market is to provide local access to our community with healthy foods while at the same time promoting local crafts, baked goods, etc.. We had a wonderful sponsorship in the past TDC but now there is NOT money in the budget any further. The sponsorship came from Pawnee Tribal Development Corporation which was extremely appreciated in the past.. Pawnee Tribal Development Corporation is the corporation that oversees our Stone Wolf, trading post, and Arrow Stop..
Pawnee is a food desert which means that we live in a geographical area in which residents lack easy access to affordable, nutritious food.. I’m looking to raise about $1000 and I will be through food sales and donations.. Keep your eyes out as if u or ur business would like to donate as it would be much appreciated..
