This handcrafted classic is masterfully crafted with delicious slices of Maestro mortadella, scratch-made tzatziki sauce, whipped olive oil and feta, and pickled red onions, finished with a balsamic glaze and fresh arugula. When you get the H.P. Lovecraft, we prepare it on a cancer free bread that contains no bromites.

Whipped another classic "The Farrelly Brother" and we are just absolutely amazed at how everything stacks together.

Roasted chicken salad with basil pesto, arugula, tomatoes, roasted red peppers all a on 7 grain wheat, and paired with garlic aioli.

I don't know about you, but I'm starving right now.

Summer BBQs are right around the corner, and we’ve got the perfect side dish:

Scratch Made Potato Egg Salad

Ingredients:
Peeled, cubed, and cooked potatoes
Diced white onion
Yellow mustard
Mayonnaise
Hard boiled eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder

Step 1: Prep the Essentials
Peel, cube, and cook 2 pounds of potatoes. Dice ½ cup of white onion and celery. Boil 4 eggs. Prepare a buttermilk ranch dressing (we have a full video that walks you through it).

Step 2: Build the Base
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, white onion, and celery. Add 3 teaspoons of yellow mustard and ½ to ¾ cup of mayonnaise, depending on your preference. Crush the 4 boiled eggs into the bowl, then add 2 tablespoons of buttermilk ranch dressing.

Step 3: Mix and Season
Add 2 teaspoons each of salt and black pepper, along with a few handfuls of onion powder and garlic powder for an impactful flavor. Mix thoroughly by hand until everything is well combined and evenly coated. And you've prepared one of my favorite family recipe, that is an absolute blast at parties.

All natural, all organic and easy to make. A guarantee hit at summer BBQ's and I guarantee you, this year's will be an absolute knockout.

Scratch made Buttermilk Dressing has never been easier!!

For Buttermilk:
Milk or Half & Half
Vinegar

For Buttermilk Ranch Dressing:
Cup of Buttermilk
Cup of Sour Cream
of Garlic
Lemon Juice
Mayonnaise
Salt
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder

Step 1: Make the Buttermilk

Combine 1/2 cup milk (or half & half) with 1 tsp vinegar. Stir and let sit for 2 - 3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 2: Combine the base:

In a small bowl, combine the following: 1/2 cup of buttermilk, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 3 tsp of garlic, 2 tsp of lemon juice, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.

Step 3: Mix and Season:

Add 1/2 tbsp each of salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate for 20 - 45 minutes to let it develop.

Now that’s what Buttermilk Dressing is supposed to be! Simple, clean, and all natural!

Throw this dressing on any dips, veggies and chicken and you’ll be able to taste the difference!

Honey Mustard doesn’t need to be complicated.

Four ingredients. Two steps. That’s it.

Honey
Dijon Mustard
Mayonnaise
Black Pepper

Step 1: Build the base
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tsp honey, ½ cup Dijon mustard, and ¾ cup mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Finish it
Add a dash (or up to ½ tbsp) of black pepper, mix, and you’re done.

That’s Honey Mustard! Ready to use right away or stash in the fridge for your next sandwich.

No fillers. No weird additives. No 24 ingredient label you need a chemistry degree to understand.

Just simple, solid flavor that saves you money and cuts the junk.

It’s better than Mayonnaise, it’s Garlic Aioli!

All the ingredients you would need for this creamy sauce:

Minced Garlic
Lemon Juice
Dijon Mustard
Mayonnaise
Pepper
Kosher Salt

Step 1: Combine the Base

In a small bowl, combine: 4 Tsp of minced garlic seeped with olive oil. 2 Tsp of lemon juice, and a half a cup of Dijon mustard. Mix and blend together well.

Step 2: Emulsify and Mix

Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes,allow the flavors to meld and emulsify. Add half a cup of mayonnaise and stir until combined.

Step 3: Season and Whisk

Throw in half a tbsp of black pepper, and 1 Tsp of kosher salt. Whisk thoroughly until smooth and creamy. You can easily serve immediately or keep in your refrigerator for a deeper flavor.

What you’ve prepared is a perfect blend of natural ingredients, complimenting each other into an incredibly healthy and delicious condiment. Put this on any vegetables, fries, sandwiches, salads, or roasted meat, and you can taste the difference.

It’s healthy, it’s simple, it’s Red Wine Vinaigrette!

All the ingredients you would ever need:

Olive Oil
Minced Garlic
Dijon Mustard
Lemon Juice
Honey
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Red Wine
Balsamic Vinegar

Step 1: Create the Base
In a mason jar, combine the ingredients; ½ a cup of olive oil, followed by 1 tbsp of minced garlic, ½ tbsp of Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and ½ a tbsp of honey.

Step 2: Choose Your Vinegar
To the base, add 2 tablespoons of either red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar, depending on your preference.

Step 3: Shake and Store
Shake the jar thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended.

The best part, you made a vinaigrette that is 100% organic and can last up to 6 weeks in a fridge. It’s incredibly simple to make and you are doing yourself an amazing favor by saving your health and your budget.
