Purchased my first two bottles of Bru Sauce at the Kennesaw pigs and peaches festival. Hands down the best sauces I have ever had. I purchased the habanero and ghost sauces. Habanero has amazing flavor good for any dish that your wanting to spice up with a slow Smokey burn. It’s very flavorful and the heat it not over powering. Now the ghost sauce on the other hand is equally as flavorful however packs a burn that would make a fire truck blush. Definitely recommend all there products. I sampled them all. They are definitely made with a lot of love and a ton of heat.

The rumors of my death are greatly exaggerated! A little hospital time will not keep Bru Sauce from the 42nd annual Shakerag Arts and Crafts Festival in Peachtree City this weekend (although Jack and Lynne will be doing all the work). First, let's start with the label. It is clean and direct as to what the product is and pays homage to it's roots. It's simplistic design allows for a wonderful contrast to the complexities found inside the bottle.

The consistency of the sauces is perfect: they are not too watery and not too chunky; just right, as in Goldilocks' dream.

Upon opening the bottle, you are met with a superb aroma that varies depending on the sauce you chose, of course. One can pick out certain notes of sweetness, fine heat, and other ingredients, almost as if entering the realm of a connoisseur enjoying the wine bouquet.

The taste is where the true superiority of Bru Sauce stands out. A lot of hot sauces focus purely on heat and neglect flavor almost entirely. Bru Sauce is different.
