Shavua Tov, for everyone who has followed our journey we are excited to offer this update.

We have completed all the steps necessary to get our licenses. We will soon offer meat and poultry year-round. This has been a long process and I appreciate everyone's patience and support. We will have a soft-opening with a grand opening soon after.

Our primary offering will be fresh lamb and goat with occasional beef.
