We are a small-town sandwich shop that provides hot and cold sandwiches, salads, soups and more in a friendly, ranch-style environment ~ complete with rustic corrugated metal, concrete floors, and hot beef sandwiches. Blue Cow Deli is owned by a married couple ~ Todd and Monique. Our goal is to provide extraordinary customer service while selling products that no other Penny Valley retailer offers in a sparkling, clean and friendly atmosphere.
