Stop in and see the mixer Americas Test Kitchen recommends and we use in the Sous Chef kitchen. Our Manager Levi would be happy to show you it's features and we have it in stock. Need another color or other accessories we can get those drop shipped. All for the same price you get from Ankarsrum direct, plus you can pick up you Janies Mill Flour to get baking right away.

Levi did a thing

We house brewed (using our special technique - look for another post soon on that) cold brew concentrate of some tasty Intuition Coffee. He then made it into a syrup with coconut palm sugar. 😋

I think it would be great with one of our pallm sugar ice creams. Currently original and Earl Gray available.

Ice cream made with A2 Milk from Kilgus.
