Not to be outdone by the other livestock on the farm, here is a small photo dump of the pigs! These guys are quite the personalities! The two big ones will hopefully bless us with a round of spring piglets!

The turkeys are 5 weeks old now and have been on pasture for about 2 weeks at this point. These are Heavy White Turkeys from Freedom Ranger Hatchery. We have 19 here and still have some available for sale. Private message us if you’d like a nice pasture raised Thanksgiving bird.

First picture is after the goats went through and I went through with the hedge trimmer, second picture is where the goats were just moved out of tonight, third picture is where the goats will spend the next 5-7 days munching their little hearts away. I’ve really enjoyed what they are contributing to the homestead.

My chickens have decided they don’t need to go back in their run at night. Choosing to embrace their true velociraptor heritage. I respect their admiration of their roots.
