It’s pumpkin season 🎃

Believe it or not, pumpkin is great for babies and toddlers! It is packed with vitamin A to help strengthen eyesight, for growth, and to boost the immune system. Depending on the pumpkin it might also have other vitamins in it as well.

You can eat all different kinds of pumpkins. The funny looking one in the middle, neck pumpkin, is the best one for baking/ cooking.
