Monday- Friday - We will extend hours as long as deer are coming in. Saturday & Sunday (Nov. 13 &14, 20, & 21 only) we will be open all day as long as deer are coming in.

At 4 Quarter Processing, we’re ready to support your hunting season with top-notch deer processing services! We proudly accept: ✅ Whole deer ✅ Boneless or bone-in carry-in deer ✅ Deer from CWD counties (whole or carry-in)

🕒 Operating Hours: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, Saturday 8 AM–12 PM
Special Hours during Youth Portion (Nov 1–2 & Nov 28–30) and Regular Firearm Portion (Nov 15–25): Open EVERY day from 8 AM until deer are no longer coming in consistently. Hours may adjust if the season is less productive.

RUT REPORT!! Name your MDC Region (as seen in the image) or county and what activity you're seeing from the deer! We'll do these daily from now until the end of rifle season. Stay in touch! These are only worth what you put into it- participate and get others to participate too!

Deer season hours:

November 16th through November 26th - we are open 8 AM till at least 6PM as long as deer are still coming in.

YES - We are participating in Share The Harvest.

YES - We are taking deer from CWD counties. (Some restrictions apply.)

When you cook with beef tallow, the oil is very heat-stable and doesn’t go rancid. It has a much higher smoke point than most seed oils, fries food quickly, and doesn’t soak into the food unnecessarily. It’s very healthy and can be cheaper; you can get it directly from a farm. Animal fat is healthy.
