Well after taking some time out and slowing down everything at the farm I am happy to say that MuddyBoots Organic farm is coming back strong this year. I have a new business partner and new farm outlooks. Planting is in full swing already and we are excited to be resuming farmers markets at Saratoga, Mountain View, Felton and Scotts Valley.

Well that's it for the summer harvest on artichokes, great crop this year. Stumping them now and cleaning for the fall.

busy here mowing and getting tea herbs going also finding more time to step away and enjoy this beautiful area. Oh that's my chicken inside my cats spare litter box.

My farm workers marching in and straight to irrigation duties. At least I started seeding.

Spring is here so time to revamp the tractors and machinary and prepare for the season. Rootstock artichokes will be coming shortly. I have decided to not continue the market farm this season and will be focusing on my specialty crops and herbal teas.

Just some pics of the winter so far at Muddy Boots Organic Farm, I am heading home back to England for a few weeks so I will not be at the markets until sometime in March. Lots of great stuff coming this year.
