It’s been so long since I posted anything but this is awesome! The best Gluten-free bagels and bread I have ever tasted! I found it at ALDI! The brand is LiveGfree!

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been posting much! So I made pulled pork yesterday, it was awesome!

I used a bone in pork roast (4lbs), put that in crockpot on Saturday evening on low with fresh garlic, salt, pepper and some minced onions.
Sunday around noon I took lid off and drained the fat and juice from the pork, it just fell off the bone! I used Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce ( which is Gluten Free), after pulling apart meat I sauced it and them cooked on high for another 2 hrs! OMG it was incredible!

Making Gluten Free Mac-n-cheese for Thanksgiving!

spray crockpot to prevent sticking

2 16oz packages of gluten free pasta(cooked set aside)
4 cans of evaporated milk
4 8oz bags of your favorite cheeses (any type will do)
1stick of butter
pepper to taste

Combine milk,butter, pepper and 3 bags of cheese in crock pot,put on high for 1/2 hr.
Then stir in pasta till completely mixed together.
top with remaining bag of cheese, cover

you can cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3'
stir every so often so it doesn't stick

Enjoy!!!

I like to add cooked bacon or chunks of ham to mine, you can add just about anything to this and it will come out great!

Gluten Free Buffalo Chicken Dip
3 lbs. boneless chicken breast (cooked and chopped)
4 8oz cream cheese room temp
1 bottle 24oz ranch dressing
Frankie's red hot sauce ( half cup)
4 8oz sharp cheddar cheese

I use a crockpot, but also very good from oven.

Mix all ingredients but cheese in stand mixer till smooth with
Small chunks of chicken. Add 1 bag of cheese at a time, save 1 bag for top.
Use as much or as little hot sauce you would like for heat!

Crockpot for 4 hrs on low or oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
I prefer scoops but any tortilla chips will do!
