Being a licecsed meat cutter is not like no other. You need to know what part of the animal your cuts come from. We smoke & make gourmet sausages with your own wild game! Your meat is the ONLY meat that is made into that sausage mix. Hope all you lucky hunters have a fantastic hunting season!
